Delete your account
You can initiate permanent deletion directly inside DropDraft. Deletion is irreversible and does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Delete inside the app
- Open DropDraft and select Account.
- Open Password and account deletion.
- Enter your current password and the confirmation word DELETE.
- Review the final warning, then confirm permanent deletion.
What deletion removes
A successful request deletes your DropDraft authentication account, account-linked cloud records, private hosted assets under your account, the server-side subscription snapshot, and the corresponding RevenueCat customer record. If consent-based product analytics is enabled for the release, its account-linked erasure is also queued.
Campaign Assist deletion removes DropDraft’s private AI input and output copies and redacts the campaign instruction. Google may independently retain a prompt flagged by automated safety systems for abuse review for up to 90 days; that safety log is not controlled by DropDraft’s deletion.
Local files on your device are controlled separately. Remove them in the app or delete the app’s local data if you also want those device copies removed. Files you exported or shared to other apps or people are outside DropDraft’s control.
Cancel billing separately
Deleting your DropDraft account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Apple. Before or after deletion, open Apple Account → Subscriptions → DropDraft to cancel renewal. Apple may continue access or billing according to the subscription status shown there.
If you cannot access the app
Use the support page to request help recovering access or initiating a verified deletion request. We must verify account ownership before removing account-linked data. Do not send your password or payment credentials.
Timing and limited retention
The authenticated deletion flow is designed to remove supported cloud records immediately or fail safely so you can retry. A processor may need additional time to complete an accepted background erasure. We may retain limited information only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or proof that a deletion was completed, and only for as long as necessary.
