Who operates DropDraft
DropDraft is a product operated by Dillon Pinto in New Zealand. In these terms, “DropDraft”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Dillon Pinto as the operator of the app.
Using DropDraft
You may use DropDraft to create apparel visuals, product references, exports, review materials, and campaign concepts. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of what you create and share.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant DropDraft and its service providers a limited licence to process content only as needed to deliver features you choose, such as artwork analysis, Campaign Assist, or a hosted review. You must have the rights and permissions needed for all artwork, logos, photos, text, trademarks, and other material you use.
Creator subscriptions and trials
Subscription prices, billing periods, tax, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. If Apple confirms an introductory trial, the subscription converts to the displayed paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Eligibility is determined by Apple and is not guaranteed by DropDraft.
Apple processes payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. You can manage your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting a DropDraft account does not cancel a subscription. Access may continue until the end of the paid period after cancellation, subject to Apple’s rules.
Artwork analysis and Campaign Assist
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or visually inconsistent. It is a concept aid and is not a verified garment specification, production proof, legal clearance, or guarantee of commercial performance. You must manually review artwork, text, logos, colour, silhouette, placement, and rights before production or publication. AI output may resemble existing material. No ownership, exclusivity, or intellectual-property clearance is promised; you are responsible for rights review before publishing or manufacturing. Usage credits may be required and provider availability can vary.
Acceptable use
You must not use DropDraft to:
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material;
- circumvent access, credit, safety, security, or rate-limit controls;
- probe, disrupt, resell, or misuse the service or another person’s account; or
- submit personal or confidential information that is unnecessary for the selected feature.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, quality, policy compliance, or commercial viability. Local files remain subject to your device, backups, and app deletion. Cloud features may require an account, internet connection, current entitlement, and compatible service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, DropDraft is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, DropDraft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, supplier decisions, or production costs resulting from use of an export or AI concept.
Account termination
You may stop using the app or request account deletion. We may restrict an account for serious or repeated violations, security risk, fraud, or legal requirements. See Delete your account and our Privacy policy for data handling details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or any rights provided through the App Store.
